Alex（来自UK英国，持有TESOL证书）自我介绍：在课堂上老师本身不仅需要热情和积极的态度, 更重要的是懂得如何激励学生的学习热情。 Alex曾在新西兰的早间节目做主持人，教英语和做主持人让我的创新力得到发挥，学生们高涨的学习热情让我感到有成就感！ I worked in a sports camp for American children of all ages, teaching them to swim and organising evening activities.
I also had to look after kids in my cabin, so the job was truly a 24 hour-a-day experience.
Entertaining such a large and diverse group of children taught me not only the virtues of constant enthusiasm and positivity it also improved my time-management skills and most importantly my ability to teach and inspire others in a number of different activities. It was required for my qualification that I partake in thirty hours of practice teaching.
This meant I taught a class of Korean and Japanese teenagers under formal supervision.
I also had to produce lesson plans and evaluations of my classes.
This experience allowed me to understand the pressures, expectations and rewards apparent in the English teaching classroom. Alex：授课时，善于调动课堂学习气氛，替身学员的学习参与性，能够利用各种道具，调动学员的上课积极性，在带3-6岁的小班时，TPR全身肢体反应法，教授单词和发音，让小朋友轻松学习英语。在带10-14岁的孩子时，根据这个年龄段学员的特质，利用情景式教学、反复式教学方法，学习单词及语法，鼓励学员主动参与学习过程，锻炼学员开口能力，增加其对单词及语法的理解能力。
